  Directions: Proceed along Old Northern Road from either direction.
  When you reach the traffic lights at McMullen Avenue, turn as if going into Castle Towers. Proceed down the incline in the left hand lane.
  Immediately before the traffic lights on Old Castle Hill Road turn left into a small parking area. This is free.
  Walk back up the incline and through the gate into Hills Osteopaths.
  
  On-site Parking: Dedicated patient parking is available directly within the building.
  Street Parking: Free on-street parking is located immediately adjacent to the practice.
  Overflow Parking: During busy periods, additional parking is available at Castle Towers Shopping Centre.

Medicare & GP Management Plans (EPC/CDM)

We proudly accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referrals.

• Medicare Rebate: Patients with a valid GP Care Plan can receive a rebate of approximately $60.35 per visit (up to five visits per calendar year).
• Processing: Please bring your EPC/CDM documentation to your appointment.

Important: To receive your rebate on the spot, Medicare requires a physical debit card (rebates cannot be processed onto credit cards).

Private Health Insurance & HICAPS

We offer instant, on-the-spot private health fund claims via HICAPS.

• How it works: Simply bring your health fund card to your appointment.
• We swipe it through our terminal so you only pay the "gap" (the difference between your fund’s benefit and our consultation fee).

Forgotten Cards: If you forget your physical card, we will provide a full receipt so you can easily claim your rebate online through your provider.
